Mines Road is where many birders cut their teeth and step up into the next level of birding. This is a 40-mile road filled with unique birding experience in California. This is a migratory flyway corridor, best in late winter, the last two weeks in March, spring – early summer. It is a full day of birding with limited resources and a 6:30 AM start time.
